Let's Celebrate the Year of the Horse!

Gung Hay Fat Choy! We've ushered in the Year of the Horse, so let's get together for a very low budget feast at Empero Taste on the corner of Balboa and 42nd Avenue (4052 Balboa St, San Francisco) to celebrate! We'll go for "linner" at 3:30 (too late for lunch and too early for dinner) to take advantage of their 3 dishes for $47 menu. Our delectable meal might include mushroom steamed chicken, Peking spareribs, broccoli with fish cake, spicy eggplant with pork, and tofu with rock cod, all from the special lunch menu; sorry, but personal preferences, dietary needs, or allergies cannot be accommodated. Depending on how many people are dining, it will not exceed $22 per person including tax and tip! We'll be dining family style and will split the bill evenly at the end. Please *bring cash* or be prepared to Venmo or Zelle the amount for your share of the bill. The cost of any beverages ordered will be your sole responsibilty.

Please, please, please do not sign up without checking your schedule first. Note that this will be at 3:30! If you sign up and find you can't attend, please be considerate and cancel BEFORE Monday, February 23rd. No shows and late cancellations will cause you to be excluded from any future events (of course illness and emergencies are exceptions). Hope to see you at the table!
