Dinner at State Bird Provisions - $119.40 Prepayment/Deposit Required

We have the Alcove Table, which features a set menu served family-style. The menu is set each day by the chefs depending on what is in season and what is available from the restaurant's farm. (Sample menu is in the photos)

Family style menu is $110 per person, plus tax/tip/mandate (%35125). Beverages will increase your final bill.

Restaurant requires a 5-day notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. If you cancel after the cancelation period, $110 plus tax will be charged to my credit card. Refund will only be offered if we fill your seat.

6.5% will be added to each check to support SF employer mandates.

Reservations guaranteed on my credit card. Please be attentive to your RSVP status and update to "Not Going" at least 5 days before the event if you are not able to attend and want your payment refunded.

Each diner is responsible for the total cost of their own orders-take the raw bill x1.35125 for your total payment.
