Merchant Roots is a boutique fine-dining restaurant. Menus are heavily theme-driven and immersive. Led by Chef Ryan Shelton, there is an intimate team of 5 who all work passionately to design recipes, make plates out of various materials, and fastidiously choose wine pairings.

If you joined us for Into the Forest, you’ll be delighted by Chef Ryan’s reprise of the theme, which will feature a brand new 16+ course menu of dishes like a Black Truffle “Pop Tart”, Tempura Maitake Mushroom with House-cured Duck Prosciutto, and a Savory Chanterelle Mushroom French Toast.
