Taco Tuesday at Celia's by the Beach!
Details
Come for Taco Tuesday (or anything else you want) at Celia's Mexican Restaurant and Cantina in the Outer Sunset. We'll meet for "linner" (too late for lunch and too early for dinner) at 4:30 and feast on Mexican food at "one of the oldest Mexican restaurants in San Francisco". You’ll be responsible for whatever you order plus tax, a 20% tip, and up to a 10% SF health mandate (your order x 1.33 or 1.39 depending on health mandate, rounded up to the nearest dollar, for ease in calculating). Please bring cash or be prepared to Venmo or Zelle your share; I will manage one singular bill and form of payment for the check.
Please, please, please do not sign up without checking your schedule first. Note that this will be at 4:30! If you sign up and find you can't attend, please cancel BEFORE Sunday, February 1st. No shows and late cancellations will cause you to be excluded from any future events. Hope to see you at the table!
From Celia's:
"Our recipes are true and authentic to our original family recipes. Our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, since 1960. We use traditional techniques, spices and seasoning when preparing our rice, beans, meats and salsas. We pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients daily in the preparation of our food and sauces.
Our meats are all natural and hormone free. We prepare all our meat based dishes from scratch. We hand cut, season, marinate and cook all our grilled and stewed meat dishes using traditional techniques and recipes over the course of multiple hours. Our tortillas are sourced from a family owned tortelleria located in Oakland, CA. Ourtortillas are made with masa ground fresh from non-gmo California grown corn."
