Administrative Trivia

Dinner is expected to run around $125 (minus tax, tip, health mandate).

Happy Hour can run $25-$50 for cocktail and shared small plates. At around 5:30pm, we'll move to our dinner reservation.

Everyone starts on the waitlist and first come first deposit will be moved to the attending.

Taxes and Fees

Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%) and possibly an employee health mandate (5%), a tip (20%) may be automatically added because of the size of our party, even on individual bills. I usually add ~35% to each raw bill adding individual dishes, which should include all of these, and round final payment to the closest dollar.
