Chef Tusk’s approach to food is refined and contemporary, taking immense pride in offering guests a unique opportunity to taste exceptional ingredients at their purest.
Michael and Lindsay Tusk curate a one of a kind experience, from decor, views, every step, every bite, every smell. An amazing afternoon is in store.
Jackets are suggested, elegant dress is required, no shorts, flip flops.
The five course meal will allow addons, a non-alcohoic pairing is $100. Their menu is the freshest ingredients and individual courses are not known at this time, there is a vegetarian and vegan option.
This is a pre-pay with refunds only if the venue cancels or I am unable to secure the reservation, and this is first pay first in, so I will keep track of the payment date and times.
No Refunds after February 15, 2026. Event Closed after six people prepay or March 1, 2026. We will help you transfer your ticket to someone else if you need to cancel, and receive a refund that way, if that is possible.
I have it set for six people, I will get a smaller reservation (four) or less if we have less interest. I am sure myself and Myles will have a lovely time if only us two go, but we do hope for a full party.
Payment includes meal, addons for drinks, alcohol, additional courses will increase the cost. $308 includes tax, service charge and tip. Please send payment of $308 by Apple Cash or Zelle and put 'Quince' in the comments. Message me for payment information.
History
Quince opened in 2003, and recently completed an eleven month renovation, changing their interior and dinner menu options.

Cost is $220, plus a service charge, 22% tip and tax. Total at time of booking is $308.

Taxes and Restaurant Fees
Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%) and probably an employee health mandate (3-10%), a tip (20%) may be automatically added, even on individual bills, if not we expect a 20% minimum tip to be paid for individual bills. We will try to get separate checks, but remember to bring cash.
Each diner is responsible for their own costs but we will have to consolidate and divvy up the final bill accordingly.
Please bring cash or have Zelle or Apple Cash available.

Deposits and Prepays
A deposit is applied to each attendee’s portion of the event (for example dinner) cost or returned to each attendee. Unexpected extra from individual deposits are returned to each attendee or left as tip.
A deposit is to defray hosts’ costs from no-shows, many restaurants charge for each guest missing.
Prepaid events should cover all event costs, except for extras which are noted in an event description. For example drinks and add ons are not usually included.
Deposits and prepays are non-refundable.
A host, at their desecration may have a cut off for refunds, usually one week to 72 hours before an event. Any refund may occur up to one week after an event, if there is a delay let your host know.
Under extreme circumstances (like a natural disaster) or if an event is cancelled by host or venue then deposits are returned. For large events please be patient, these refunds may take some time.
Some San Francisco Foodies events offer third party insurance and San Francisco Foodies cannot refund that cost.
Donations go directly to a non-profit and are ancillary to an event or events. San Francisco Foodies cannot refund these.
Third Party events collect funds directly from San Francisco Foodies members and San Francisco Foodies cannot issue a refund, but may help recover lost deposits or prepays on a case by case basis.
San Francisco Foodies is willing and able to go to court to protect our community, hosts and members.
