Spanish Tapas (Family Style) @ Destapas $25 Deposit

Overview
Chef/Owner Raul Aguilera and Luis Raga US expats from Madrid, Spain present Destapas Spanish Restaurant. Established in 2020 in the Mission district, Destapas serves up ambiance and flavors reminiscent of neighborhood bars in old world Spain.
We will enjoy a Family Style Pre-Fixe Meal-see below for description (there will be no substitutions and full table particiption).
$25 Deposit will be collected to RSVP, which will be applied towards total cost of dinner listed at about $50 per person for the tasting course.
Supplements (paella), wine and beer WILL increase TOTAL AMOUNT DUE.
Please expect to pay an additional $55 ($80 total subtract $25) per person without beverage.

Dress is work casual, be comfortable.

RVSP, WAITLIST
Due to Opentable cancel policy, I'm taking deposit of $25 to RSVP. Event is open for RSVP interest. Then, I will move everyone to WAITLIST and will manage the waitlist accordingly. I WILL DM you for payment, move firmly to final "going" and close RSVP.

Deposit Bill Calculation with Taxes, Fees, Total Due
Please update "going/not going" no later than June 30th 10 PM for the return of your deposit, after that time and date deposit is forfeit/nonrefundable.
Deposit paid will be subtracted from your individual total balance due at the end of the meal.

Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%), mandates vary (2%-9%), and Service Fee (15%-25%) all of which may be added automatically based on the restaurant's policy. I calculate raw bill x1.36=Total Due (and then round up to the whole dollar).
Each diner is responsible for their costs and will be prepared to pay the host/organizer via Venmo, AppleCash, Zelle, or Cash.
