This is a redux of shoutout to a fellow SF Foodie member for putting this restaurant the radar.

Khachapuri, khacho" (curd) and "puri" (bread) is a traditional Georgian comfort food that resembles a boat. Made of fluffy dough, with a variety of cheese and distinctive raw egg in the center. The hot cheese melts into the dough, cooking the egg sunny side up. Menu

A perfect spot for meat lovers or vegetarians, the menu is unique. Georgian Cheese Boat serves three kinds of Archaruli Khachapuri, a variety of stuffed breads, Ajapsandali (eggplant and vegetable stew), Or Chakapuli (lamb stew with green plums) to name a few.
