After a couple months off from logistical hiccups we're back! Hope you've been building great things with Python these past couple months. Looking forward to getting back to our regular monthly cadence.
This meetup has an added bonus - we have two PyCon US preview "tracks" - a tutorial and presentations. Pamela Fox's Build your first MCP server in Python tutorial, Mahmoud Hashemi's From Graveyard to Glory: Production Python in the Browser, Benjamin Glick and Michael Yh Wang's GPU Communications for Python, and Jia Chen and Steven Troxler's Mind the gap! Why static typing requires more than just adding annotations.
And on the topic of PyCon US, I'd like to remind everyone it's coming up soon! We invite you to take a look at the website with all the tutorials, talks, posters, auctions, sprints, and other activities. We hope you'll join us in Long Beach in May!
We're starting earlier (5pm!) this month and meeting on a Monday.
Please support our sponsors GitHub!
๐ As usual, submit your 5, 15 or 25 mins talk proposals for future meetups here: https://bit.ly/bapyacfp
