John Leonard
Program Manager, Optimizely.org

John heads up Optimizely.org, where he manages product donation, employee volunteering and charitable giving for Optimizely, the experience optimization platform for A/B testing websites and mobile apps. He was previously a senior manager at Code for America and senior vice president at Better World Advertising, as well as a nonprofit founder. John has a BA in Public Affairs from George Washington University and an MA in Government from Cornell. He currently serves on the board of the Horizons Foundation. @johnclayleonard

Dipti Pratt
Social Impact Leader

Dipti Pratt is a consultant to companies looking to build social impact into their culture. Dipti was the founding director of Pledge 1% helping 700 companies around the world to take the pledge of committing key corporate resources for their community. Prior to Pledge 1%, Dipti was a vice president at UpLift, a startup focused on payment marketing. Dipti has over thirteen years of experience in business development, marketing and corporate social responsibility and worked at both Silicon Valley Community Foundation and Entrepreneurs Foundation. Prior to that Dipti spent four years in the biotech sector.

Dipti holds an MBA and Bachelors of Art in English from Santa Clara University. Additionally, Dipti serves on the Advisory Boards of Greenlight Fund, Givkwik and the Gifted Support Center. @DiptiPR

Amy LeBold
Sr. Director, HR and Co-Lead for AdRoll Gives Back Board

Amy is a Senior Director, HR Business Partners, N.A. and a co-leader of the Global AdRoll Gives Back Board. She has spent 10+ years in HR roles focused heavily on the employee experience and with engaging employees in giving back to the communities they serve. Prior to joining AdRoll Amy spent nine years at Elan Pharmaceutical, Inc., where she held various roles across HR & Recruiting in San Diego, South San Francisco and Dublin, Ireland. Amy enjoys outdoor activities, sports, and cooking (indoors or out) in her free time. Amy also holds a bachelor's of science degree from UCLA.
