To my fellow peers affected by layoffs, how have you been?
Having been laid off not once, but twice myself, I started this group to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone in Singapore who have been retrenched, is currently unemployed, or navigating a job search.
Those who have found a job after being laid off are also welcomed here to share your stories and provide encouragement.
Let's remind each other that this is a season — not a life sentence.
I look forward to organise online chat sessions once we reach 20 members; and then in-person social events when we reach 150 members.
