In Singapore, you may have tried food from certain parts of India like Bengal, Kerala, Mumbai, or Rajasthan. But I bet you have never encountered North-East Indian food?

I've discovered a place near City Hall that serves Mizo (from Mizoram region) food but only on Sundays, and only on request.
Do you want to try Sabuti (corn soup with meat) or Bai (vegetable stew)?

We will discuss North East India, a relatively unknown part of India. Expect to spend about six to eight dollars.

Let me show you a unique experience that almost every Vietnamese person growing up in the last 30 years can relate to. We'll try Bánh tráng nướng and Bánh Tráng Trộn, two popular student snacks. Mention these snacks to a Vietnamese person, and they'll remember their school days, first love, Yahoo! Messenger (if they're an early 2000s kid), and other such nostalgia.
