Chaat & Chat: try Pani Puri and discus Mumbai and India

Details
TL;DR: Ask a person from Mumbai what it was like growing up in the most dynamic city in India.
More:
Mumbai (formerly Bombay) is more than just the commercial capital of India. It is home to people from all over the vast country. There is Bollywood, old British architecture, and even older monuments built by various kingdoms. There are shanties and glitzy high-rises—often side by side. Most of all, Mumbai has indomitable people who brave the crowds, the monsoon, and political shenanigans, demonstrating that keeping business running is more important than giving in to divisions.
We have a guest who grew up in Bombay during the 2010s. Come join us for a conversation—ask anything you're curious about youth culture in the city and across India.
What we will eat:
We'll try a variety of "Chaats" - classic Mumbai beach/street snacks: Bhel Puri, Pani Puri, Pav Bhaaji, and more. Expect to spend around 10 to 12$. The venue is Delhi 6 Restaurant, about 200 meters walk from Exit E of Little India MRT.
Optional:
Bring fully charged mobile phones. We will be exploring some data and popular culture about Mumbai (and India) and learn why it is difficult to slot India and its people into a singular demographic.
