Francis is Belgian scholar of Sanskrit and Pali who has spent two decades in India and Sri Lanka. These were momentous years in both the countries and saw the fastest change in almost everything since their independence. Francis now lives in Singapore and runs participatory workshops that explore community building and experience design and more.
