What we’re about
Sid's Badminton Club is a popular, friendly and competitive badminton club in Central London and now in Richmond West London, based at Queen Mother Sports Centre in Victoria and Christ Church School near Richmond Tube Station. We are a membership based club meeting every Tuesday evenings between 8pm and 10pm, Sat 2pm-5pm and from April 2019 4:30-7:30 on Sundays in Christ's School.

We are currently looking for more league players to join the new Sid's Double teams. please apply within.
Come and try our club with sprung wooden flooring and high ceiling! We have great new venue in Richmond
During match season (October to April), we also offer limited places for intermediate to advanced players to try out our club on every Saturday between 6pm - 8pm on a pay-and-play basis. No membership required we also play only games on Sats. For other months of the year when no match taken place, we also extend the courts to 5, so everyone from beginners to advanced are welcome.
Cost per session on Saturday and Sundays are £10 which includes the use of quality and tourney Yonex AS 30 feather shuttlecocks or similar. Players are required to pay this at the beginning or at the of the session to one of the club organisers (please kindly don't forget this).
Players who attend our Saturday or Sunday session must RSVP on a scheduled 'meetup' to be able to play. For those who can no longer attend, their place must be released 5 hours in advance for others to take. Failure to do so may result in their Meetup membership being revoked, since there are limited places.
We may also allocate one court for coaching our ladies Mixed and Men teams as we have qualified Level 2 coaches on some Saturdays or Sundays!

The session is pay as you go, with 2 payment options:
· £15 for 3 hours (2-5pm)
· £12 for 2h
You can start at 2:00pm and finish at 4pm
or
start at 3:00 and finish at 5pmPlease let us know on arrival what option you are going to choose.
Please pay your fee on your arrival to the organisers with correct cash.

This session is open to Intermediate and above ladies, intermediate men and above badminton Players; depending how many turn up we play Singles or Doubles in this session.

Everyone Active in Queen Mother Sport Center is making some changes to how they run the facility in line with Government guidance.

Cancellation and Liability Policy

Please cancel the RSVP, 24 hours prior to the session if you cannot attend, otherwise, you will be charged in full for the session and this is payable and has to be cleared before you attending next session!
