The Sierra Club is the largest and oldest (founded in 1892) grassroots environmental organization in the world. The Clearwater Conservation Network of the Sierra Club serves 11 counties in northern central to northwest Michigan. Our mission is to get people outside to enjoy the natural world leading to their understanding and desire to protect it for our families and for our future.

Camp Greilick Exploration
Camp Greilick, 4754 Scout Camp Road, Traverse City, MI, USJoin us for a guided tour of Camp Greilick and learn about the many opportunities for activity on this site. This is one of Grand Traverse County's newest parks; it was the former Boy Scout Camp. Location is 4754 Scout Camp Road. We will be exploring the property with Park Ranger Amanda Dow on Friday July 24th, at 3 PM. Meet at the parking lot outside the office cabin; the hike and exploration will take about 2 hours.

Participation Details:
For all our hikes, please remember to bring comfortable hiking shoes, a water bottle, food, and the season’s weather appropriate clothing. Participation in Sierra Club activities requires registration and acceptance of a waiver, which you can complete online at the link above. Electronic copies of the required waiver are available online or by request and will be accepted automatically by signing-in to the event. Paper sign in sheet will be available at check in.
