Spider Exploration Walk at Timbers Recreational Area TC

Details

Spiders are Eight Legged WONDERS! These valuable creatures come in all kinds of colors, shapes, and sizes. Their intricate webs feature a host of amazing designs. Retired Naturalist Craig Olsen will guide you on an educational walk to discover spider species that live in our region and fascinating facts about them.
BRING a spray bottle with water to spot and highlight webs, and a magnifying glass or hand lens to get a closer look!
We will meet at the main parking lot trail head at the picnic table. This will be a fun adventure. Families welcome.
Please RSVP so we know to meet you. All participants will need to sign a liability form for Sierra Club. If Severe weather on Saturday, the event will be rescheduled. Contact Vicki at cvolsen17@yahoo.com for more information** Forecast for Saturday looks like rain and thunderstorms. We are rescheduling for Sunday same time: 10:30!
