#### NVC Practice Group for experienced folks
Together, we’ll dive deep into the messy, magical, and sometimes maddening world of real-life NVC. Whether it’s workplace power struggles, sticky feedback conversations, or navigating those moments when “compassion” feels like a four-letter word.
Each session will have a specific topic that we’ll focus on, like "saying no with care". These are complex topics, and one of the things Phoenix cares most about is making NVC feel doable, not abstract or robotic. I want you to be able to speak from the heart, not just repeat concepts. This is about keeping your authenticity, even when things get messy.
We’ll also get real about the tension between our ideals and the realities we face. I put a lot of emphasis on the self-care side of this work—so that in trying to live our values, we don’t lose ourselves or stretch past our capacity. There’s room here for laughter, learning, and irreverence.Starts August 29th 2025!
