Trip A will be joined by travelers from Trip B on 19 - 20 July for the Naadam festival & Terelj National Park hike. See the pic for the master plan of both trips. Other than these 2 days, both itineraries & highlights are very different. The best trip is to continue from Trip A to B. Total 16 days.

The best time to visit is during the Mongolian summer, from the mid of June to the last week of August. This is the safest time of the year to travel to Mongolia in terms of weather, sunny days throughout Mongolia & sufficient rainfall to make the steppes lush and green. July to August is the best season to travel to Northern Mongolia and Khuvsgul Lake.

What is special about our trips?
Similar to Thailand & Kyrgyzstan, we worked with CBT partners. The basic principle of CBT is to support local communities & sustainable eco-tourism.

Who Suitable?
All hikers at any level - No technical climb. No high altitude issue. Beginners to hiking must be relatively healthy and fit in other forms of cardio exercises. You should train up on mountain terrain with good hiking boots & gear.
Single joiners will be paired with the same gender in hotels. Ger or tourist camp is 4~5 sharing.
