Who Is This Session For:

Beginner badminton players with no experience or play for less than 1 year consistently

What You'll Learn:

• Warm up (For example, Dynamic warm ups, Play using half the court, Jogging)
• Intermediate Footwork (For example, Random Footwork, Full-court Footwork, Doubles Footwork Exercises)
• Higher level basics (For example, Randomized front court shots, Net/Flick etc). Advanced drills (For example, Sequence strokes, One attack – two defend drills).
• Our drills leverage upon the students’ understanding of the game, allowing them to formulate game-winning strategies while still sharpening their individual techniques and mental acuity.
• Individualized skill training – Students discuss the techniques that they wish to refine with the coach and proceed to work on them.

What To Prepare:

Please bring your badminton racket or rent for $10 per session

Beginner tennis players with no experience or play for less than 1 year.
Intermediate tennis players who also know basic strokes, forehand, backhand.

Suitable for both working adults and kids who want to learn tennis on their own time.

Private classes allow you to pick up tennis fast. The coach’s attention is 100% on you, making each class highly tailored to suit you.

What You'll Learn:

- Foundational tennis skills, footwork, forehand and backhand strokes, volley and serve

- Learn progressively, in stages, to adapt and improve on these basic skills

- Spar with players of similar standard

- Learn tennis from qualified and experienced coach

- At least 2 years of coaching experience

Water bottle, sports attire, tennis racket will be provided to you :)

Who Is This Session For:

Beginner golf players with no experience or play for less than 1 year.

What You'll Learn:

• The first couple of lessons, will focus on the grip, the setup and the basic movements away from and through the ball.
• These first few lessons will have you hitting balls with a half to three quarter swing, gradually working up the full swing
• After that, then it is the short game – chipping, pitching and putting.
• Learn from certified golf coach

What To Prepare:

Additional $8 is needed to rent 80 golf balls at Punggol Driving Range, wear sports attire and golf clubs will be provided to you :)
