Each session is a guided “reset walk” that combines:

  • Interval Walking (IWT) – alternating walking pace to boost energy and circulation
  • Mindfulness Body Scan – simple awareness practice to release tension
  • Voice Humming – gentle sound technique to help you relax and unwind
