Feeling tired, tense, or mentally overloaded?
Step away from the rush and join us for a gentle guided wellness session in the park designed to help you reset your body and mind — naturally.
This is not a fitness bootcamp and not a meditation class where you have to sit still. It’s a simple, guided experience that combines movement, awareness, and voice to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more energized.

✨ What We’ll Do
During this session, you’ll be guided through:
🚶‍♀️ Interval Walking
A science-backed walking method that alternates easy and slightly brisk paces to improve circulation, lift mood, and boost energy.
🧠 Mindfulness Body Scan
A short guided practice to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and quiet a busy mind.
🎶 Gentle Voice Soothing
Using your own voice in a soft, comfortable way to create calming vibrations that help settle the nervous system and ground your energy.
No experience needed — you’ll be guided every step of the way.

You do not need to be fit, flexible, or “good at meditation.”

What to bring:
Wear shoes comfortable for walking at faster pace
Water for hydration
