Here's a terrific opportunity to support local actors and theater, and I've booked us for dinner first (reserved table/separate checks) just a few minutes away!

"Clyde's," the show's title, is a truck-stop sandwich shop that offers its formerly incarcerated kitchen staff a true shot at Redemption. Even as Clyde's callous owner tries to keep them down, the crew fight to reclaim their lives, find purpose, and become inspired to dream by their shared quest to create the perfect sandwich (with a zesty side of attitude). Variety calls this play (by 2-time Pulitzer-Prize-winning playwright Lynn Nottage) a "flavor-bomb of a heartfelt comedy about survival, second chances, and digesting whatever Life serves up." Performed by CLC college students of all ages in the campus's beautiful James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts (19351 W. Washington St., Grayslake).

Tickets are going FAST, so I MUST close RSVPs in just a few days in order to book our reserved seats together. Prepayment of $12 (including fees) is ESSENTIAL immediately, as I submit 1 order/1 payment for my group. (Paypal NOW to pattysinglefriends@comcast.net [be sure to choose "Sending to a friend" for zero fees] OR via Zelle to 847-971-7895.)

Fab eats and drinks first at nearby Emil's Tavern in Grayslake, with our 5:15pm reservation. Theater doors open at 7, performance at 7:30. You must book and pay NOW. Questions? Call me at 847-971-7895.
