Reposting - WGTS free concert with Matt Mayer in Fulton, MD, Monday 6/24/13

Mike Stiegler will be the event host for this event. You will look for him outside the church and he'll direct you to where the group is sitting inside. I'm sure he could use and extra person or two to help with logistics. Once again, I am sorry for all the confusion over tickets. This should have been "each person request your own tickets when it was first posted, and let's meet up and sit together." But that did not happen, so I am trying to salvage a messed up situation and make the best if it.

Stay tuned for more details on how to identify Mike outside the church and how to find the group to sit with everyone else.

It is your responsibility to reserve your own tickets from WGTS. (See original posting below).

You may have requested more tickets than you need for yourself because of the way this event was previously posted.

If you have tickets to share, please state how many tickets you have available to share.

If you want to go and need a ticket, please state how many tickets you need.

Contact one another via meetup email privately to share tickets you have with someone else.

As I understand, tickets are "sold out" (no longer available). If you did not request tickets when this event was first posted and if no one has tickets to share with you, you most likely will not be able to attend.

I'd like the Event Host to be responsible for helping connect members of this group who have tickets and would like to sit together. That is ALL.

To all attendees: To find the group and sit with the group, it is best for you to arrive at 6:30 PM. I don't expect the event host to wait outside the church or in the lobby looking for you past 6:45 as they want to sit and enjoy the concert too! If someone else could arrive early and help the event host by saving them a seat while they are outside or in the lobby directing people to where the group is sitting, that would be helpful!

I don't have a ticket and I wasn't planning to attend as I am not usually out late on weeknights, it makes me less functional the next day at work! So I really need an event host to help members if this group who already have tickets connect with others at the event.
