Hike: Simpsonwood Park
Details
Simpsonwood in Peachtree Corners has been under construction for years and it is now completed and lovely. This will be a a 3.5+ mile loop in Simpsonwood Park (across the Chattahoochee River from Jones Bridge) and and then another spin around 6 miles. This is a lovely wooded trail and not to be missed.
There are bathrooms in the park.
Unlike previous Simpsonwood hikes we will meet at the park itself (not the YMCA). We'll get our extra miles by doing two loops and exploring some other options in the park.
Bring water, hat and sunglasses etc. Also arrive 15 minutes early for introductions. I drive a distance, so I will cancel if I do not have any rsvps by 8pm Sunday night. If I don't cancel, please feel free to show up in the morning without an rsvp.
