Old Rope Mill: https://paddling.com/paddle/locations/rope-mill-park
This is a simple trip suitable for beginners and up.
This event is open to any form of paddling, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards.
There is a kayak launch there, on the Little River. The river has virtually no current, easy paddle. We will paddle about a mile to a waterfall.
If folks are interested we can go out to Noonday Creek.
Parking is tough here so we will start at 8:30 so we can all park.
We should be back around 11:30. If folks are interested afterwards we can grab a meal up on Ridgewalk Parkway there are several restaurants.
You should make sure you bring drinking water and perhaps a snack. A PFD is required to be in your boat or on you.
If you have no boat, I have spares. I will let you use one if you help me load up at 7:30 at my house in East Cobb and unload after the event. Please comment in this event to say you would like to borrow one and I will contact you..
Looking forward to meeting you

All of my paddles are deep water, no rapids. We pull out where we put in.
