Description
Get ready to sweat, smile, and meet new people at our Speed Dating Workout at FIIT Co! This high-energy, coach-led workout is designed to break the ice through movement, teamwork, and fun. You’ll rotate partners throughout the class, spending a few minutes with each—just enough time to connect before switching it up. After class, we’ll head to ViewHouse Ballpark to refuel, relax, and keep the conversations going. If you click with someone and it’s mutual, Two Birds Fit will connect you.
