About us
Many of us have had seasons of deep connection: the lively tribes we ran with in our twenties, excited to begin adulthood, the playgroups and school communities of our thirties, and the social constellations we tried to hold onto as life became more complicated. Then life changes. Sometimes suddenly. Sometimes painfully. Divorce can make life feel smaller, lonelier, or unfamiliar, but it can also open a door.
Inspired by Sliding Doors and the idea that one moment can change everything, this group is for women stepping into a new chapter, perhaps for the first time in a long time seeing life again through rose-colored glasses, and finding friendship, laughter, warmth, and real connection along the way.
We’ll meet for coffee, walks, dinners, music, nightlife, and fun local outings around New Haven.
