Atlantic Blvd Reef Exploration
Join me for informal, community-focused snorkeling sessions at the reefs off Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach. This is a low-pressure, inclusive group for anyone who enjoys the ocean and wants a reliable partner for exploring the water safely.
Location: Atlantic Boulevard (beach access near the lifeguard station).
Cost: Free (parking fees apply).
Safety: I prefer snorkeling with a buddy for safety. We will stick to areas where lifeguards are present or high-traffic times.
Focus: A social gathering to explore the water, share knowledge of high-tide windows, and observe local marine life (stingrays, barracuda, parrotfish, etc.).
What to Bring:
Gear: Snorkel, mask, and fins (essential).
Personal: Sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), water, and a towel.
Optional: A dive flag and underwater camera.
All skill levels and backgrounds are welcome. Come meet some great people and get out into the water.
