About the event:
Join us for a peaceful tea tasting and meditation led by Amber of Deeply Rooted! Sip on nourishing teas while grounding yourself in a guided meditation designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. A perfect way to unwind and connect! Well Worth It is a wellness program dedicated to the service of the Black community. ALL are welcome!
What to bring?
Yoga mat and yourself! Please note: the yoga studio has a no-shoes policy; socks are encouraged but unnecessary.
Special Instructions:
The Wellness Society is located in Building F, towards the back.
