About us

Making friends as an adult is harder than anyone admits. That's why Solo Sisters Hudson Valley exists. This is a women-only group focused on genuine connection, friendship, and spending time together.

We host a variety of activities, including coffee meetups, walks, yoga, book discussions, dining out, movies, and more. Members are encouraged to suggest and host events because SSHV thrives when women come together to create shared experiences.

Solo Sisters Hudson Valley is open to women of all ages and relationship statuses.
This is not a dating group. The focus is friendship, community, and support. Members must be 21 or older, as many events take place in adult settings.

If you're new to the area or simply looking to expand your circle, you're in the right place. You don't have to do things alone.

Please take a moment to review the Group Rules and Guidelines. By joining Solo Sisters Hudson Valley, you agree to follow all group rules, policies, and organizer decisions.
These guidelines are in place to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful community for all members. Failure to comply may result in removal from the group.
