Welcome to Somatic Healing and Embodiment—a space to come home to your body, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and learn powerful tools for emotional healing and nervous system regulation.
This group is for anyone who’s ready to: ✨ Stop overthinking and start feeling more grounded
✨ Learn body-based techniques to release stress and anxiety
✨ Build a loving, trusting relationship with your emotions and body
✨ Explore the magic of embodiment in a fun, safe, and supportive way
We host both in-person gatherings (in nature or cozy community spaces) and Zoom trainings, where you'll experience gentle, trauma-informed practices like:
- Nervous system regulation
- Somatic resourcing and grounding
- Guided movement and breathwork
- Emotional processing techniques
- Seasonal energy shifts and spiritual embodiment
Whether you're brand new to somatic work or already on your healing path, this group is a space to learn, grow, shake things off, and come alive—one breath and one body cue at a time.

Embodiment Practices for Less Stress & More Joy
Learn how to access beautiful moments of pause, connection, and calm in between some of the madness of life. In this session we’ll be exploring some of those delicious states, doing exercises that help you feel confident, grounded, warm, open and connected in your body. Learn how to hit the Pause button in these states and really anchor them into your body for when you need to resource the most.
No boring lectures! Plenty of partner activities and experiential learning.Led by Brandy Benton, MSOD, Anxiety & Emotional Regulation Coach.
What to Expect:

- Time to write & reflect
Bring:
- A yoga mat or towel to sit on
- Open mind & be ready to explore & learn more about yourself
- Journal and pen. There will be blank ones available for those that need them.
- Comfy clothes (there will be some movement but not rigorous)

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Social TimeWe will be set up in a circle in the backyard on grass. If the weather is inclement we will move inside into the living room.
