We host both in-person gatherings (in nature or cozy community spaces) and Zoom trainings, where you'll experience gentle, trauma-informed practices like:

- Somatic resourcing and grounding
- Guided movement and breathwork
- Emotional processing techniques
- Seasonal energy shifts and spiritual embodiment
Whether you're brand new to somatic work or already on your healing path, this group is a space to learn, grow, shake things off, and come aliveâone breath and one body cue at a time.

This is more than a ritual or a meditationâitâs a full-bodied experience of aligning with prosperity from the inside out.

Breathwork and gentle movement to unlock the flow of receiving
Somatic exercises to release scarcity from the body
A closing ritual to anchor your intentions for radiant abundance
No prior experience with embodiment, goddess work, or spirituality is neededâjust come as you are. Wear something that feels beautiful and comfortable to move in. This is your time to nourish your feminine, claim your worth, and remember the wealth that already lives within you.

Savor our selection of hot and iced herbal teas crafted to either uplift or soothe the body, complemented by thoughtfully prepared light refreshments. This peaceful interlude offers a perfect opportunity to reflect in your journal and deepen connections with fellow members of the collective.
We will be set up in a circle in the Groundfloor Lounge.

FREE- 30 Minutes to Reconnect, Regulate, and Restore
Take a mindful pause in the middle of your day to reset your nervous system and return to a calm, grounded state. In this 30-minute class, weâll use guided, body-based meditation and a series of gentle somatic exercises designed to help you release stress and reconnect with ease.
You'll be guided through 3â4 simple practices to regulate your nervous systemâleaving you feeling more relaxed, open, and restored.You're welcome to hop off after the 30 minutes or stay a little longer for Q&A. Just be sure to arrive on time so you can follow along with the full experience.
