By combining Soulful Breathwork with Sound Healing, this experience supports relaxation, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner connection. Breath and sound work together to help release tension held in the body and create space for greater clarity, balance, and ease.

Plamen Russev, Soulful Breathwork Practitioner, gently guides participants through a conscious connected breathing practice designed to calm the mind, reconnect you with yourself, and support emotional well-being. Breathwork may help reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and create space for the release of unexpressed emotions.
Denise Foster, Reiki Master and Sound Therapist, incorporates crystal singing bowls, chimes, wave drum, rain stick, bells, and other meditative instruments throughout the session. Moving throughout the space, she combines sound and Reiki energy work to support relaxation, grounding, and integration.
The breathwork gradually flows into the sound bath, allowing the body and mind to settle into stillness and restoration.
