Even if you’ve never run a race, you’ve probably heard of Bay to Breakers!
This iconic San Francisco tradition is a 12K (7.4 mile) run/walk/party with more than 25,000 participants. The course begins near the Bay Bridge, climbs the famous Hayes Street Hill, winds through Golden Gate Park, and finishes near the historic Cliff House overlooking the breakers of the Pacific Ocean.

Bay to Breakers has a little bit of everything: elite runners, weekend warriors, creative “centipede” teams who run the course linked together, a group that starts at the finish line and runs backward to the start dressed like salmon, Elvis impersonators, tutus, outrageous costumes—and plenty of people just enjoying the fun atmosphere.

You’re welcome to run, walk, or simply come cheer with us!
• If you'd like to participate in the race, check out the registration link below.
• If you prefer to spectate, join our group to cheer on the runners and enjoy the festive energy together.
Please RSVP and let us know whether you plan to run/walk or just watch.
The race begins at 8:00 AM, and parking can be challenging, so carpooling or public transit is highly recommended.

*** LIABILITY WAIVER:
By signing up for the running/walking event, you hereby release its organizers, hosts, and participants from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action that you now have, or may have in the future, for illness, injuries, damages, and/or economic loss of any kind or nature, arising in whole or in part out of the activities, advice, or information contained herein.
