Let’s Check Out the Cherry Blossom Festival in New Haven!
On Sunday 4/19 let’s take a day trip to New Haven and check out the Cherry Blossom Festival! We’ll start with a relaxed late breakfast and then take a scenic walk over to Wooster Square for the festival.

🅿️ Parking
Please park at the Crown Street Garage at 233 College St. in New Haven. As of February, the maximum weekend parking rate is $10. If you want to share a ride, post a message in this chat to see if other members want to carpool as well!

🍳 Meet‑Up Time & Place
We’ll meet at 10:30 AM at Claire’s Corner Copia at 1000 Chapel St. in New Haven for a sit‑down breakfast. It’s a short walk from the garage.

🚶‍♀️ Walk to Wooster Square
After breakfast, we’ll head out on foot—about a 1-mile walk - to Wooster
Square for the festival.

🌸 Cherry Blossom Festival
The festival runs from 12:00–4:30 PM. There will be over 35 food trucks, vendors, music, and of course, the cherry blossoms in full bloom!

This event has an RSVP window that will close on Friday, 4/17 at
8 pm.
