What is it that we do here?
- We have a monthly improvised show called 'This show has never been seen before and will never be seen again', where improv groups from all around the country are performing.
- We organise monthly taster classes, where you can try out improv, invite friends along and see why so many people instantly get hooked.
- We run an 8-week course, starting from total beginners. A proper improv workout and the best way to introduce playfulness back into your life and make long-lasting friendships.
- We invite guest teachers and improv masters to teach us their art & craft
Hold on, but what the f&^$ is improv?
Improv theatre is a performance art form where players create situations, characters and stories without any script or pre-existing plot. Improvisation is an incredibly powerful tool of self-expression, creativity, and collective thinking. With founding principles such as acceptance, support, presence and listening, improv equips individuals to eventually be better teammates, partners, friends, and citizens. It is also an excellent medium for trained actors to unleash their creativity and freedom on and off-stage
