Aquarius Full Moon Sound Bath & Past Life RegressionAfter three years away from group work, I'm stepping back into the room. Smaller, more intentional, and I couldn't be more excited to gather again.
The Aquarius Full Moon pulls collective contracts to the surface, the patterns passed down through lineage, absorbed from culture, the ones you never consciously agreed to carry. This is the night they become visible to be cleared.
We'll open with journal prompts to help you call in your intention. Then a soundbath by Carla of Cosmic Vibes Holistic Healing to settle your nervous system and open the field, followed by a guided group past life regression with energetic clearing, contract clearing, and soul retrieval where called for. We close with journaling to integrate what came through and a group share.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, and pen. Come with an intention around a recurring theme or stubborn issue in your life.Details:
