Breathwork is an active meditation using a simple easy to learn two part breathing technique that clears stuck energy and emotional blocks and helps connect you to your heart and inner wisdom creating a pathway to your Higher Self.
Our Breath Circle is a safe supportive environment where, together, we can explore aspects of ourselves, open up to our true nature and discover the power of Self Love. Though the technique is simple, the results can be profound and transformative as the breath works to release the blocks, unravel emotions and connect you to the power to heal.
The Sound bath will help to integrate and re-calibrate the energy moved.
