How do you find your own power when you feel blocked by shame, anger, or criticism? How do you find your own sense of possibility and abundance when you have limiting beliefs about yourself? This workshop is about being able to unlock your full potential when there are blockages. This workshop is based on the famous book The Artist Way, but is adapted to address the needs of all people who are finding themselves, not just artists.

Join us for a support group on coping strategies for loneliness and social anxiety. We will learn techniques for self-therapy.

TODAY'S MAIN TOPIC is High Sensitivity. Socially anxious and lonely people often have the traits of a Highly Sensitive Person. There is a higher sensitivity to feelings and emotions, or to physical sensations like sounds, touch, and light. Perhaps you prefer deep conversations. This can cause one to easily feel overwhelmed, but it can also be a gift too. Do you identify with some of those traits?
