Details
Welcome to Startup Oasis! #TCDisrupt
If you are a startup founder, investor, developer, marketer, or anyone else in the tech ecosystem looking to start, join, or help a tech startup, this event is for you! Entrepreneurs pitch their startups to the attendees; then, you can join a breakout room/area (that we curate) to talk to the founders, ask questions, and give feedback. People have been able to start a business as a result of this process. You are welcome to just watch as well.
If you would like to pitch, RSVP here, and you can sign up on the day of the event. This event is **free** to attend. You can also support us with a donation.
We are visiting SF for TechCrunch Disrupt and will have this special event at the Treeline inside the Sports Basement on the edge of SOMA and Mission District. Look for the flyers on the ground floor!
Schedule:
1:00 PM PDT - Doors Open for networking. Sign up at the check-in table if you want to pitch your startup. You can bring your own food and drinks if you wish to eat lunch here. There are many restaurants nearby if you want to eat lunch beforehand.
2:00 - Pitch Lab begins. Founders, you'll be able to get feedback for your pitch from PitchPartner. Then, we can discuss the feedback as a group and in pairs/small groups. This will help prep you for the pitches at 5 PM.

4:00 - The main event begins: signups for pitches open, and networking continues
4:45 - Founders are chosen to pitch.
5:00 - Startup Oasis Begins, Founders Pitch.
5:30 to 7:00 PM - Founders break off into break-out rooms/areas, and attendees can move around and help one for the remainder of the time, similar to a hackathon.
7:00 - The event is coming to an end, please wrap up connections.
7:30 - Head to happy hour @ Standard Deviant Brewing.
Startup Oasis was created to pierce the illusion of accessibility of startups and tech by creating a grassroots forum for early-stage founders to pitch to those in the tech ecosystem to get real-time feedback for their idea or business.
