For this session, we will have a great talk from Sheldon Bauld about how to assess your organizations UX maturity and make space for improvement, and we will also have an interdisciplinary panel weighing in on change management in organizations from three different perspectives (accessibility, UX, and what it takes to acquire and integrate another company.)

Sheldon Bauld, Assistant Director, User Experience at Government of Alberta
"Design maturity and its impact on practicing user-centered design"
Working in a more user-centered way is something we all want but getting there can often be a bit tricky. This talk will explain how to get a read on your organization's design maturity level, and explore ideas to help you create an environment where user-centered design can thrive.

Panelists -
Brett Kosinski - Senior Director, Product Line Management @ INVIDI
Agnes Czegus - Senior Product Designer @ Jobber
Sheldon Bauld - Assistant Director, User Experience at Government of Alberta
