Pretty loop through eastern Montgomery County, from Jenkintown Whole Foods Market to the Weaver's Way Co-Op Market in Ambler, for coffee & snack. Option to stop at Sweet Briar (around the corner from Weaver's Way) for ice cream, if riders would like. Rest/food stop is at mile 15. Along the way, cycle through Glenside, Flourtown, Blue Bell, Ft. Washington, North Hills, Oreland and Abington. Cross the Wissahickon Creek. Rolling terrain with total elevation gain of 1479 ft, averaging 55 ft/mile.
PUBLIC TRANSIT ACCESS to the Start/Finish: The Jenkintown Whole Foods Market is very close to the Rydal train station, which serves the West Trenton Line.
