About us

This group is for paddling enthusiasts who enjoy an evening trip around the lake among like-minded friends. This is a gathering of folks who enjoy the beautiful natural resources of Colorado and who believe in conservation, humanity, and making lasting connections.

We will take a lap or two around the lake and then spend some time floating, relaxing, snacking, sipping and chatting. The goal is to collectively experience a great Colorado sunset - a real treat.

We meet at various lakes around town. Bring your paddleboard, kayak, or canoe, and be sure to bring a rated PFD and signaling device (whistle or horn.) Safety is key so please adhere to local rules and regs.

Note: Several have asked whether equipment or lessons will be provided. At this time, I am not equipped to offer rental or loaner gear, but I am happy to give a few basic pointers. In the spirit of building community, I am hoping others in the group are inclined to share their experience and advice as well.
