Sloan's Lake Sunset Cruise Paddling Night - Featuring Paddl'ibs

Paddlers, I hope you're up for a good time! This will be the 2nd appearance of a new Sunset Cruise group activity, Paddl'ibs (Mad-Libs® while Paddling.) This is nerdy, I know.. :)

If anyone recalls the classic word game, or wants to learn more please sign up and join us for some fun. We'll be working from the Mad-Libs® "History of the World" booklet. I'll gather words from everyone as we're floating and will publish our (hopefully) hilarious stories to the group page!!

Who's welcome? All paddle craft! Kayaks, Canoe, Paddleboard, SUPs, rowboats. Just be sure to follow the safety regulations (see below for link)

Agenda:

• Meet on the water at 7:00 pm in front of the boat launch (see map for location)
• Group paddle to the East end of the lake
• Paddl'ibs!
• Watch the Sunset and disembark (Paddling ends at dark)
• For anyone interested in the after-party, head to Edgewater Inn (5302 W 25th Ave, Edgewater, CO 80214) for Pizza by-the-slice and 2-for-1 beverage (happy hour after 9pm)

Sunset is at 8:25 on July 18th, which should be a real treat! Be sure to take photos to share with the group and your friends.

Bring snacks, beverages, a sense of humor, and personality.
