Qualification:

1 Commitment: The Founder or CEO must work full time for the Start-up.

2 Presentation: Only Start-ups with a public live product are able to present.

3. Funding -- 500K prior funding is a prerequisite

4 Minimal three full time members in the team

5 Presenter must to cofounder, CEO, President of the company

Note: fund raising status is not a factor.

Process:

1 Have judges involve in the selection process.

2 The presenter list will be selected by Team & Judge Panel, and announce (6-8 startup pitchings) one week before.

3 The judge will select the winner of Startup of The Month
