Anthony Orler (https://www.linkedin.com/in/tony-orler-7a2b4a3/), holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and has been practicing Patent Law for over two decades. He has drafted over 1500 patent applications and been involved in every aspect of foreign and domestic patent prosecution during his career. Mr. Orler is a member of Buchalter’s Intellectual Property Group.
Farah Bhatti (https://www.linkedin.com/in/trademark/) focuses her practice on all aspects of trademark protection and prosecution. She formerly served as a trademark examining attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). While there, she examined more than 2,000 trademark applications. She has extensive experience in the enforcement of Internet and domain names, and trademark litigation under the Anti-cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA). Ms. Bhatti is the chair of Buchalter’s Internet, E-Commerce, and Social Media Practice Group.
