Startup Tea Talk is a series of event hosting every month with a group of communities, including Silicon Valley Startup Story (http://mlogy.net/), SVEntrepreneurs (https://www.meetup.com/sventrepreneurs) (29,000 members), SF Founder’s Club (https://www.meetup.com/Founder/) SVTeahouse, together with DingDing TV, and couple other partnering organizations with an reaching out of 100K founders & investors directly in Silicon Valley SF bay area, plus a lot more online. This is the the largest and most influential startup community event in SF / Silicon Valley bay area.
In each event, we will feature amazing speakers who is a successful Founders or a great investor. “Startup Tea Talk” is set to inspire hundreds of thousands of founders worldwide. There will be around 70-150 attendees onsite (Depends on venue). The event will be on Youtube to reach out of several hundred thousands of people, and will be hosted by youtube and mlogy.net.
Speaker Bio
• Duncan Davidson, General partner, Bullpen Capital
Duncan is a serial entrepreneur who most notably founded Covad Communications (the leading independent DSL provider, went public and reached a market value of $9B) and Sky Pilot Networks (developer of outdoor wireless mesh systems, acquired by Trillium in 2009 for connectivity to smart meters). He served as the SVP of Business Development at InterTrust and led the IPO in 1999 and the secondary in 2000 (InterTrust reached a $9B market value in 2000). He spent four years as a managing director at VantagePoint Venture Partners where he focused on digital media and telecom investments including Widevine (acquired by Google) and Livescribe.
Prior to Bullpen, he co-founded one of the first mobile social app companies, Xumii, later sold to Myriad Group and now powering over 200M users in the developing world. At Bullpen he focuses on mobile and consumer Internet investments, and sits on the boards of DoubleDutch, SendHub, and Proformative. Key investments include Byliner, PaidPiper and Twenty20. He received a Sc.B. in physics/math from Brown University, with Honors, and a J.D. magna cum laude from Michigan Law School, where he was Order of the Coif and a member of the Law Review.

Chance is the Founding Partner at Coefficient Ventures, a seed fund targeting in investing in the AI, blockchain and space tech. Prior to start Coefficient, Chance has been an early stage investor since 2015. Companies she has invested in and involved including GrubMarket, Scaled Inference, Protocol labs, etc. She is an advisor for Sudo Review, KCH partners, IW ventures. Prior to being a venture capitalist, Chance was a founder and CEO of The One Inc.(acquired in 2015.)
• Justin Sun, Founder of TRON( 150M Market Cap) , Previous founded Ripple China
Justin (Yuchen) Sun is the founder of TRON and Callme (PEIWO) APP. TRON is the world top 40 crypto network and blockchain entertainment content protocol. PEIWO is one of the largest voice live streaming apps in China. Justin is on the list of Forbes 30 under 30 for three times from 2015 to 2017. He is the only millennial student of Hupan University and becomes a protégé of China’s tycoon Jack Ma, Chairman of the Alibaba Group. Justin obtained a Master Degree from the University of Pennsylvania after he received a bachelor degree from Peking University.
