What we’re about
Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs (SVE) is the largest grassroots community of startup founders in the Bay Area, active since 2008. With over 30,000 members, SVE has been the launchpad for thousands of innovators—providing opportunities to pitch, demo, and connect within the broader startup ecosystem. Our signature SVE Pitch & Demo Night is the largest and oldest community pitch meetup in Silicon Valley, where ideas turn into ventures.
Today, SVE is evolving at the frontier of Physical AI, Embodied AI, and Robotics Entrepreneurship, while continuing to support innovation in construction, real estate, PropTech, and SaaS. We are proud to partner with the Physical AI Builders community, the Future 50 Physical AI Builders Program, and the F50 Physical AI Summit to accelerate the next generation of breakthrough entrepreneurs.
From weekly pitch nights and co-founder matching events, to panels, summits, and mixers, SVE remains the beating heart of Silicon Valley’s entrepreneurial spirit. Whether you’re a first-time founder, a seasoned builder, or an investor seeking the next frontier, SVE is your home to connect, innovate, and grow.

New Year Cheer Hike with MyTrailPals & Explore Local Nature
Windy Hill Open Space Preserve, 555 Portola Rd, Portola Valley, CA, USThe holiday hike on Dec. 20 has been rescheduled to Jan. 10 due to significant rain in the forecast.
Kick off the new year with fresh air, sweeping views, and a brand-new community of outdoor enthusiasts! Explore Local Nature and MyTrailPals are teaming up for a special "New Year Winter Cheer" hike at the beautiful Windy Hill Preserve. Come on out to unplug and recharge with us!
Why is this event listed in Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs Meetup? Local nature tech! Explore Local Nature founder, Mike Kahn, (who now also leads Entrepreneur Hikes in this Meetup) met MyTrailPals founder, Gunjan Utreja, on his first Entrepreneur Hike. Both companies launched products this summer and were inspired to collaborate.

Whether you are looking to find new hiking buddies, discover a new trail, or simply get the new year started off right, this moderate 2.5–3.5 hour trek is the perfect reset button.
Expect a guided experience led by Mike, Gunjan, and Madhavi, featuring a gratitude circle, plenty of photo ops, and a supportive "adults only" group atmosphere. Let’s start the year on a high note—literally!
What to expect:
- 🌲 The Vibe: Energetic, welcoming, and festive.
- 🥾 The Trail: Windy Hill (Lost Trail), offering stunning bay views.
