talkin' vienna #79 - Don't panic, just keep on talkin'

Are you having a stressful day, week or life? Then come join us to learn more about stressors, stress responses and how to deal with them while also enjoying a drink and getting to know new people at this month's talkin’ event “Don’t panic, just keep on talkin’”. We will use infodumps, improv exercises and worksheets - as well as each other's experiences - to further delve into the topic of stress and learn new ways on how to not let stress have the upper hand in our lives. Don’t be a stressed out stranger, come by, say hi and bring a pen :)

We'll meet at Café Benno in Alser Straße 67. Just ask the bar staff for the talkin’ event or head down the stairs left to the entrance and then head past the bar to the rooms in the back :)
The event lasts up to three hours with a 15-minute break in between
